Werte von denen sich Haltungen und<br \/>Verhaltensweisen ableiten, die gegen die Ausbeutung von Mensch und Natur wirken werden als Grundlage f\u00fcr Leistungsst\u00e4rke erkannt und vermittelt.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #212121;\">\u00a0Eine nur scheinbar zur Ethik verpflichtete Wirtschaft ist aber immer auch in der Gefahr als handlungsverlogen\u00a0zu gelten &#8211; der Schein dominiert dann das Sein! Ethisches Handeln braucht Bewusstsein und Freiheit und kam nur \u00fcber die Freiwilligkeit von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften und Mitarbeitern entstehen und wirken.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #212121;\">Wenn Ethik nicht nur ein oberfl\u00e4chlicher Begriff bleiben soll, dann ist es unabdingbar, dass in einem ersten Schritt ethisches Bewusstsein und die F\u00e4higkeit zum ethischen Handeln bei den handelnden Personen reflektiert und vermittelt werden. Wir sind Gr\u00fcndungsmitglied des <a href=\"https:\/\/systempaedagogik.at\/index.php\/wirtschaft-und-ethik\/\">Forums Obermayerhofen<\/a>: Impulszentrum f\u00fcr Wirtschaft und Ethik, da wir eine Wirtschaft ohne ethischen Diskurs nicht nur als nicht nachhaltig lebensf\u00e4hig, sondern insbesondere als Bedrohung f\u00fcr Gesellschaft und Umwelt begreifen.
